What's your business, and who are your customers?

Nicole Ananda Coaching + Intuitive Healing Arts empowers career women to embody their confidence and create healthy relationships to experience more love, joy, and success! After 20 years in the health + wellness industry as a Healing Arts Professional, 500-ERYT Yoga Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master, Breathwork Teacher Trainer, Certified Life Coach, Podcaster, Author, and Mother, I offer a holistic and integrative approach to breakthrough your limiting beliefs, reclaim your confidence and align with your authentic self. My mission is to offer tools that foster self-love, self-mastery, and, ultimately, self-realization.

Tell us about yourself

I've been working in the health + wellness industry for over two decades. In 2001, the World Trade Center disaster happened, and my father died. I had a spiritual awakening that led me to deep inquiry and onto my heroine's journey of self-development, understanding my childhood trauma, and acquiring an amazing toolkit for healing and transformation. For over two decades, I've been mentoring, healing, and teaching with highly respected coaches, yogis, shamans, and healers in the US and Peru. I've worked with thousands of students and clients over this time in their healing process through plant medicine facilitation, my workshops, and trainings privately and at large festivals. As a trauma survivor and thriver, I've come to understand through my own deep healing journey that we all have very specific core wound beliefs in our subconscious that we need to work through with attention, accountability, compassion, sincerity, and love.

I create sacred ceremonial space for the deep inner work needed to initiate into higher states of consciousness by bridging the gap between the subconscious programs and the conscious mind through integrative transformative healing techniques and coaching. These tools empower you to heal the past in a sustainable and lasting way allowing you to more fully step into the present and align with your authentic self and purpose. I've become highly adept, sensitive, and intuitive through this journey and thus very skilled at customizing programs with incredibly transformational results.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is stepping out of my own way so that I could be in service to Source and be in the listening of how I can support women through my deep devotion to love and joy.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, it's been learning how to merge the spiritual with the practical. To bring esoteric teachings into a grounded format that's applicable to our day-to-day life. And this also means blending the spiritual life of piousness and servitude with the business acumen of earthly needs of technology, money, and lead generation!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. First and foremost, know your WHY. This is the bigger-picture mission. It's the WHY that wakes me up every morning and keeps me going. I always remember why I'm serving and who I'm serving it to as a conscious creator. My why is to serve women's hearts because this ripples into their families, children, and communities.
  2. Source Connection - I wake up every day in gratitude and connecting to a Higher Power. This keeps me in my heart and anchored in my mission of service. When I'm not connected, I don't get the intuitive hits I need and the inner guidance that drives my business. This is where I tap into Abundance + Manifestation consciousness.
  3. Self-Care - There will be many ups and downs in entrepreneurship with time, money, clients, etc. It's like surfing waves of energy; your business is an extension of your energy. I always say you are the center of your Universe. You are the director of the show. If something isn't working, then what in you is blocked and limited, and how can you care for yourself and get out of your own way? Self-care, self-love, and self-mastery of the body-mind create your reality and your business!
