What's your business, and who are your customers?

Tell us about yourself
Social media is probably the most effective place to feed your curiosity, grow your community and be an element of a conversation. I’m sometimes amazed by how efficient social media is and the way it can help a business grow. It may be used as a marketing tool, a customer support platform, and far more. I feel that within the future, companies will discover other interesting ways to use social media.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Besides starting a business, I'd say it was meeting with local small business owners and hearing their feedback on our services, and feeling the happiness in their statements. We don't have customers; we have fans who know we have a service that will help them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Our raw materials are talent. Finding talented people and scaling the business go hand in hand. We are a growing company, so we've to use caution to vary our processes accordingly at each stage of the business. So embracing that change and leading people through business scaling is often the foremost considerable challenge for companies like ours.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you surround yourself with people who can make you better at what you do.
- Make sure your team members work in coherence to move the business forward.
- Build a culture that makes people better at making decisions.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Any business starts with an idea followed by hours of research and validation. If you believe you have a solid business idea, start now. Don't delay it, but remember that businesses require consistent work, even a few hours every night. The most successful brands are not created overnight; it involves hard effort and long nights.
