What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a motivational speaker and life coach. I breathe life into audiences all over the world by helping them feel empowered to regain control of their mindsets again so they can get back to living a life they love. My life coaching helps people suffering from mental illnesses and also helps people feel alive and inspired to live a life of purpose and contribution.

Tell us about yourself

I went through a rough patch of financial trouble, relationship pain, and a daily sense of regret, anxiety, and worry. I learned about the science of the brain and how we can reshape our mindset using specific habits and self-awareness. Through a daily practice of gratitude and studying mindset for over eight years, I have been able to share positive messages that inspire people all over the world. My purpose in life is to help people live with intention, reshape their mindset, and look at life through a lens of gratitude.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have launched one podcast, written a book, and developed a high-performance coaching program. My biggest accomplishment is simple...making a positive difference in at least one person's life.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Reaching the right people at the right time. Running a business is different than giving advice or treating it like a hobby. I want to help EVERYONE, but some people aren't financially ready to invest in their mindset and wellbeing yet.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start with WHY.
  2. Develop DAILY habits.
  3. Find a mentor that has done what you are striving to do.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Thank you for the opportunity to spread the message of gratitude, hope, inspiration, and encouragement to the world. I know we can thrive in this world together, and I hope this article helps transform people, so they start to believe in what they're capable of again.
