Tell us about yourself
I have had the good fortune to work in numerous industries and have excellent jobs, none of which I was "qualified" for. Each and every opportunity and success I have experienced has been the result of the amazing people I have had the good fortune to surround myself with, my NETWORKS. I recognized this and also realized how few people truly have the right kinds of relationships, nor understand how to properly build them, and thus NetWorkWise was spawned.
I wake up every day knowing that the vast majority of people are dealing with some kind of struggle or challenge. If they had a solid support network and true relationships, a high number of those challenges could be greatly reduced.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Transforming people's lives. There is a domino effect that happens when you are able to change someone's mindset, especially how they perceive relationships. It's downright magical!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Focus! As a business owner, there are so many things that you are responsible for and so many things to do.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Focus on your customer's outcome, not your income.
- Play the long game.
- Surround yourself with the highest caliber people you can.
