What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a natural daily bacteria shot. 100% Vegan, natural, and raw with 12 strains of bacteria and added herbs.
Tell us about yourself
We are best friends that founded Naked Biotics a week before the lockdown. We have a yoga studio and have always been passionate about sharing health and wellness with as many people as possible. We are motivated each day by our customers telling us how we have changed their lives.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment was when we had to change our business plan and model in the space of a month due to COVID hitting so unexpectedly. We managed to launch an online business to start with and landed our dream customer Planet Organic within the first three months of launch.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Not having a switch off. Because of the love and care that we have for our brand and our community. It's hard not to want to be there for them 24/7. But we need to know we show up our best with life balance. Something we are all still figuring out ;-)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Enjoy the journey and celebrate the small wins.
- Failure makes you grow after being low.
- Consistency is key.
