What's your business, and who are your customers?

No one denies that personal care products are used daily by almost everyone to cleanse and improve our skin as well as the appearance and smell of the body. People use shampoos, body washes, oils, creams, lotions, and other cosmetic products daily, so using a trusted product is a must. However, there is no adequate safety information regarding personal care products which puts us in front of many problems… And here we are, MYRITUAL.

This brand offers all types of products in this category to ensure safer manufacture and use. Here in Morocco, we have a suitable atmosphere and qualified raw materials to prepare rich and powerful products due to several factors, including culture, climate, and rituals. Knowing that Mediterranean agriculture, especially herbaceous plants, is determined by climatic conditions, this exerts such an influence that traditional and commercial agriculture flourishes with a dominance of citrus agriculture with horticulture and floriculture.

Therefore, our belief in continuous innovation and testing under all circumstances will take us to the top of the market in no time. Our clientele is mainly women since they are the most likely to use cosmetic products. At the same time, men can also consume our products to guarantee their well-being. These men and women belong to the age group between 16 and 65 years old. The clientele's social class ranges from low-income to high-income households since our range presents a multitude of products at different prices.

We target a large clientele of men and women with different purchasing power. Our clientele consists mainly of companies that use our products in their activity, such as essential oils, vegetable oils, medicinal plants, etc. Thus, we offer personalized packs for company staff. We target these customers through our B2C and B2B e-com platform and soon through the point of sale envisaged, which will help us to approve our existence on the market.

Tell us about yourself

Passionate and interested in nature, development, financial matters, commerce, and digital marketing, I created my own business in 2015 online I worked with many companies and platforms, such as AMAZON. Therefore, I had the idea of ​​creating a Moroccan brand, MYRITUAL, specializing in cosmetics and natural products, to highlight Moroccan organic products representing the background of our culture and, subsequently, our activity.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We've been able to get to where we are today, expanded our business to Europe and the USA, developed our skills, made business corporations, and smashed sales and revenue targets, and that's great.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, the most challenging thing as a business owner is stepping out of your comfort zone, sometimes sacrificing, and making decisions you don't want to.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
