What's your business, and who are your customers?
The crux of our business is Lymphatic Drainage Massages for Post Op and General Wellness Massages tailored to our client’s needs, with a strong concentration on a holistic lifestyle. Our client bases are middle to high-end clientele.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Murielle Zinsou. I’m originally from West Africa. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist about 20 years ago. I Created Magic Journey Sanctuary about eight years ago. My life literally revolves around my clients and providing them with the best care possible.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment so far is doing our best to live up to our mission statement. It is the heart and soul of the foundation of our practice. Continually providing human care to the public and our new office as we are expanding.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I’ve found that the most challenging aspect of being a business owner is being accountable for EVERYTHING, like managing staff, payroll, etc. I have to be ultimately responsible for my business's daily upkeep.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
