What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a creative premium quality sushi caterer established in the year 2011. We started this sushi catering services company because we want to bring the best bite of sushi experience to people. To be able to do that, we are very concerned about the selection of the fish, caring, and preservation procedures. Most of our ingredients are imported from Japan to be able to enlighten the best flavor quality of fish. Our goal is to continue applying Japanese sushi fish techniques to improve our client's sushi experience, whether your sushi party is in California, Nevada, and Canada.

Tell us about yourself

The motivation to start this business is that we want to bring the highest quality directly to people without storage at the restaurant to be able to provide the freshest fish at their home or venue. To exceed our client's expectations which motivates us every day seeing smiles on their faces.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Able to develop and provide services in different locations.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Persistence. Always find out what people need in a different culture and having an exclusive product.
