What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a premium cocktail mix business that helps anyone and everyone experience bar tender quality cocktails at home or helps venues offer cocktails quicker, faster, and more consistent.
Tell us about yourself
I'm motivated by building awesome brands and products that relate to people and that they can love as much as I do. For me, the motivation comes from seeing the smile and enjoying something you've made.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think creating an environment where people love coming to work on the products I'm leading and developing them alongside me.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There are many trials and tribulations as a business owner from customers, staff, and finance that are the less glamorous side of 'business,' but I'd say the hardest is balance. Work-life balance is so important; burning yourself can cloud your judgment and really take a toll on your mental health. When it's your business, it is hard to find that line.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a go! You'll only learn and grow from trying.
- Test and repeat, start small, build from there, and see what's working and not working.
- Ask for help; no one is an expert on everything. When you are stressed or feel in over your head, you probably are; don't shoulder it and keep going. Ask friends and family for advice; they always want to see you succeed!
