What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a certified and accredited life coach. I don't sell comfort; I sell growth. My passion is helping women see what is possible, unleash their fullest potential, visualize their strongest desires, and watch them flourish as they manifest and achieve both.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Teacher, Coach, Mother, Businesswoman, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and believer in YOU! I wear many hats and titles; however, it is the work with my own personal healing journey and coming back to and discovering my authentic self which led me to the path of coaching and energy work.
I was a professional educator for 16 years. I have run a successful business for five years and counting. I am a single Mama to the BEST kid around…. and…. I found myself all the way burnt out. Something had to change, and it started with coming back to me.
I remember clearly sitting there, paralyzed with a broken heart, and realizing that if my relationship with myself was better, no one person could hurt me in that way. It was my wake-up call, and self-love and true self-care were the first steps and a total game-changer in my journey. I finally started doing the things that scared me instead of avoiding them, and when I did, my life exponentially got better, and I started growing abundantly, doing and creating things that I used to only dream of. I realized that I was powerful, and if I could harness that power to get in alignment with my purpose in this one precious life, then I could really, truly create the life of my wildest dreams!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is getting to wake up every day doing what I LOVE while making a positive impact with other women so that they can live their fullest lives. I believe that if we have the courage to take a look at our own blindspots and be committed to self-discovery and growth, the ripple effect that it has on the greater collective will be incredible. We can change what is happening in and around ourselves, one person at a time.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I think one of the challenges with being an entrepreneur is the uncertainty that can come along with it. Do it anyway! Mindset is incredibly important with this, and so is trusting in the process. I did a lot of work around trusting myself to not only make sure my family's needs would be met but that they would be met with abundance. So get your mindset right, work through the fears, and take the aligned action to make your dreams come true.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- If it is on your heart, just DO IT.
- You are an energetic match for everything that is happening in and around you.
- It is always this or something better. Go for the latter!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Sometimes you want someone to talk to, to hold you accountable, to help you navigate your dreams. Not everyone needs therapy, but everyone needs a coach! Coaching is not a luxury for only the most elite and privileged. Coaching is for everyone who has a goal and desires accountability, anyone who has a passion for something a little greater than what they are currently experiencing, and anyone who desires to get to know themselves just a little bit better (the last part can feel scary, and the work is so worth it!). Coaching is increasingly becoming recognized as an essential part of both professional and personal development, bringing forth curiosity and possibility.
As your coach, my job is to see you in the space of GREATNESS. Greatness exists in all of us. When you are in doubt, paralyzed with fear, imagine having a supporter who always BELIEVES in YOU. Someone who sees through your stories and excuses and recognizes the REAL YOU, especially during your toughest times. Imagine having a person who is always committed to your vision and your highest self, especially in times when you want to give up. This is why having a coach matters! Imagine being connected to your big "WHY"… Imagine living your life with PURPOSE… That's my promise.
I am direct and honest. I am committed to holding you in the space of your greatness. I am compassionate and loving but unwavering in my commitment to your dreams.
