What's your business, and who are your customers?
MoonAmor Candle Co is "My Gift of Glow" for Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Weddings, or "Just Because"... Our candles are made with all the love, passion, and positive intentions to invigorate your senses and raise your vibration… My audience is vast and for anyone who LOVES aromatic, beautiful candles.
Tell us about yourself
MoonAmor Candle Co is the brainchild of my obsession with the Moon and all things about Celestial, Astrological, and Spiritual realms and, of course... I'm sure you all agree with the love of luxurious, aromatic candles!
Being Latina of Puerto Rican/Armenian descent, who is genuinely proud of starting my own, Women Owned Business and being a Boss Lady with strong spiritual roots and believing that all things are possible with my profound faith in God, my beloved Angels and Spirit Guides, and of course, the Divine power of the Universe.
MIRACLES are NORMAL. Just BELIEVE! The artistic fusion begins once the candle brew is magically synthesized and Intertwined with the most luxurious Coco Apricot Crème wax and the heavenly essences of only the finest, great fragrance oils.
Depending on the phase of the Moon, the day the candles are created determines what the batch represents. While stirring, only the most positive intentions and special blessings are cast for what the candles are meant to represent: Good Fortune, Abundance, Peace, Clarity, Protection, Love, Harmony, Blessings, Success, and Positive Vibes… and sent out to the Universe for you to receive from and with all my heart and soul...
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Delivering a product that is beyond the expectation of my clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
You must stay focused, be current and trendy, be grateful and genuinely believe in your business. As long as you nurture your business with love, dignity, and respect, feed it with positive momentum, and lots of prayers... everything will fall as divinely guided into place.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a vision/plan and stick to it...it is certainly ok if it skews off sometimes, as it will.... just remember to get back on track!
- Be organized... It is SOOO important to be managed all aspects of your business. Life surely will throw curves. However, if you are organized, you can follow through with everything. Make checklists and to-do lists, and write things on your calendar. Set days aside each month for social media/advertising/photography/receipt reconciliation & paying bills etc...
- Always follow your gut instincts. You will never be steered wrong.
