What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a group of individuals who are passionate about helping people improve their lives through health coaching and fitness training. We believe in helping people move better, so they move more and want to live a more active, healthy lifestyle. If people can move more freely throughout their lives and enjoy the activities they want to, their lives have a greater level of joy. We provide people with the tools, empower them to make healthier decisions, and help them achieve their goals.
Tell us about yourself
It has been my life's calling to help others live healthier lifestyles. I started my business because I knew I wanted to make a greater impact within my community, and I have surrounded myself with amazing humans who want to help people accomplish the same things. I am constantly striving to do and be better for myself, and I want to inspire others to put their health and wellbeing at the top of their own priority list. I am growing as a business owner and as an individual within my own career. I look forward to moving the masses with a message for better health and empowering women to embrace having a strong body, mind, and spirit.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
So far, my biggest accomplishment as a business owner is surrounding myself with a team who all possess strengths different from my own. They all line up with my core values and are amazing humans. I work daily to make sure they all know how much I value them, believe in them, and want them to succeed. Without my team, I am just one person trying to make a difference. With my team, we are an unstoppable force that can help inspire change.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about being a business owner is feeling limited by time and having to choose to who I give my time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Believe in yourself enough to take the risk. Surround yourself with people who can help you accomplish your goals and who believe in your mission. Be relentless in the pursuit of your passions.
