What's your business, and who are your customers?
Next Step Digital Solutions is a Digital transformation agency that employs customer-centric business strategies using digital technologies for Small and Medium enterprises.
Tell us about yourself
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and I want to create a legacy for myself. Also, I wanted freedom and flexibility, which I thought operating my own business would afford me. The motivation comes from the clients we serve and how much they depend on us for their success.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It's a tie between growing the business exponentially in the pandemic by increasing our client base and also the team and helping entrepreneurs to quit their 9-5; those are some of my biggest accomplishments.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding and retaining good talent, some of the best talents I have experienced are always growing and seeking to expand their horizons which can be quite bittersweet.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Prepare to work in your business before you can work on it.
- Let your calendar be your best friend, don't rely on your memory.
- Prepare to work around the clock.
