What's your business, and who are your customers?

Mode Salon and Wellness is a place where inner and outer beauty connect. We strive to make one's inner beauty shine by helping bring out the unique natural qualities everyone has and enhancing one's outer beauty. We want to help everyone love themselves a little more each visit.

Tell us about yourself

This industry turned my life around at the age of 16. This is my purpose; making people feel good on the inside and out is what I'm meant to do every day. There's no better feeling than seeing someone look in the mirror and look back and see how happy they feel about themselves, inside and out.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Watching people succeed and flourish in the passion of talents. I love watching and guiding people to grow to a level of greatness that delivers an incredible amount of self-worth and self-confidence. If you have a dream, I'll help you reach it.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Rules, boundaries, discipline. I just want to have fun. Oftentimes as the business owner, people need guidance with constructive criticism, and that can be difficult to deliver along with difficult to accept. The best way to grow in life is to be open to positive, constructive criticism.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Just do it! If it's your passion and you give it your all, there's no doubt you'll succeed!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Love more, just everybody takes a minute every day and gives a little back to make someone or something better. We're all in this crazy world together. If we work together, we can achieve anything.
