What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is called Mindset Matters More!! My target audience is middle-aged women, and assisting with their mindset, physical fitness, and inner soul as one. However, I do also work on coaching others, corporate coaching, and consulting.
Tell us about yourself
I have struggled with all the challenges women have to deal with. We try to be everything to everybody. Great wife, employee, friend, and physically appealing, yet, we often put ourselves last. I always helped coach my friends and decided to leverage my skills in a more formal way.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting started. As with almost everything, it begins with a mindset, which is why I have named the business Mindset Matters More!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Not taking things personally! My life's evolution has helped me to understand this concept. Sounds easy, but it wasn't and still isn't always the case! :-)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
