Tell us about yourself

I’m 65 years old, and I have started several businesses and have been a fond follower of leadership coaching for many years. I have had the privilege of training leadership teams and coaching senior business leaders over the past 15 years.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My greatest accomplishment is developing a significant clientele of some of the most curious and kind business leaders in greater New England and creating a significant original continent for leaders who coach, including a course that teaches senior leaders how to use coaching skills to develop leaders around them.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Staying in the game when facing challenging times. Leadership is about self-image and belief in self, either in the midst of victory or failure. The human spirit is vast and exceptionally capable when way learn how to fight and care for ourselves.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Your success is determined by who you are far more than what you do.
  2. Always be kind and curious and develop leaders around you.
  3. Develop leaders around you.
