Tell us about yourself

Since I was a child, I have always been interested in social entrepreneurism. My passions lie in food, health, sustainability, and equity. What motivates me the most is knowing that every day at my company we are building an equitable protein supply to nourish the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Receiving an Arch Grant of a $50,000 equity-free investment.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having to do tasks that you have never done before nearly every single day.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Keep your day job.

2. Start with a minimum viable product that you can use to test the market without spending a lot of money upfront.

3. Choose your cofounder wisely. Don't rush that decision.
