Tell us about yourself
I am motivated to keep going as a way of honoring the memories of my late son, who passed away suddenly on April 18, 2021. His death led me on a journey to finding meaning in my life and purpose again, which led to my transformation and identifying my new purpose to serve others, and the business was born. As a woman who has experienced many adversities in life and succeeded in spite of them, I want to help other women do the same to achieve their life's goals and dreams.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is having the courage to develop and launch the business and staying on course despite my fears.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
To stay in my ambivalence and keep going. Not to allow anything to get in my way of helping women, regardless of the difficulties inherent in maintaining the business and growing the brand.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know why you want a business. What motivates you?
- Get professional help with money management. It could just be a few hours per month, and it will free you up to focus on operations.
- Make a decision that you will not allow any distractions that could derail you.
