What's your business, and who are your customers?
We import and distribute botanical ingredients in bulk from around the world to National/International branded clients in the tea and brewing industries.
Tell us about yourself
I have worked in the tea industry for 30 years after completing a five-year tasting apprenticeship in the early 1990s. The relationships we have with farmers and processors around the world are what motivate me to do what I do.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing the business for our overseas suppliers every year since the acquisition.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Trouble switching off.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
