Tell us all about your business...

We are a purveyor in the Meat industry. We control all cuts (beef, pork, veal, lamb, poultry, fish, and game. We are called "Your tailors in the meat business" for a reason. Our customers are restaurants, banquet halls, golf clubs, hotels, home kit meals, and grocery stores, plus home delivery.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

I started just in sales and loved dealing with chefs /owners. Ten years later, I decided to make products better by sourcing local and aging meat better. Also, portion control and packaging.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to take care of people (staff) and customers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

Time, You are always working.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Dedication, lead by example, and surround yourself with great people. You have to pay what you think they will be worth in 5 years from now.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Yes, "Pigs get fat, Hogs get slaughtered."
