What's your business, and who are your customers?
Meanus Merchandise started off as a custom and personalization shop, personalizing apparel for businesses and events. We have expanded to other merchandise as well as offering screen printing. All merch is created just for you, and we can personalize from baby onesies to sweaters to even vinyl labels. Our second business, Meanus Merchandise - Loungewear, launched this year, 2022, selling affordable, comfy loungewear. We have sizes starting at kids size 4 up to adult 2XL. During the holiday season, we offer family matching set sizes starting at 2T.
Tell us about yourself
I started out by creating personalized merch for close friends and family and making shirts for my daughters' birthdays. After some time, many told me to make this my business, so I could continue to stay at home with my kids and have an income. Now almost three years later, I love what I do, finding new ways to make more people happy. Seeing customers post photos wearing my products makes me so happy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment was expanding Meanus Merchandise and growing it to be what it is today.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things for me is balancing my family life with my kids, along with working from home. It can be overwhelming at times, but planning and delegating times to specific things has helped.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

- Plan as much as you can.
