What's your business, and who are your customers?

Small Businesses are the backbone of American society, and most of them are entrepreneurs without the background, the training, or the framework of what it means to be a business owner. We are committed to making Small Business Owners Profitable breaking the barrier of low cash flow, and making them dominate their market.

Tell us about yourself

Unexpected circumstances in my life prevented me from practicing my career after 35 years of successful surgical practice; then, I realized that even having enough financial resources at that time, I realized that they are limited, and I needed to reinvent myself to generate fresh income. I had no clue about the marketplace or the buy & sale process, but this is how I started my entrepreneurship journey learning the hard way the business essentials to survive and thrive. Now that I have become a seasoned entrepreneur, I want to share my experience and guide small business owners in my five Most Valuable Priorities in business to become profitable, survive the marketplace, and succeed.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

As employees, we work in the business of somebody else; as business owners, we need to work in the business but need to focus our attention on working on the business to make it grow and succeed.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Understand your product or service and the specific market before you start.
  2. Make yourself responsible for any result you get; it will give you the power of correction.
  3. Strategies and purpose must be behind any business decision it allows evaluate results.
