What's your business, and who are your customers?

Look & Book VR. A VR Booking Booth in one of the most vibrant street markets — dedicated to tourism & hospitality, events, art, property, gigs, games, etc... Visitors to the booth can have a 'taste' of VR and book their next experience — in person or online.

Tell us about yourself

I am about to turn 60, and VR is giving me a new reason to get out of bed (I actually have to get up at 5 am to set up for the Salamanca Market). I have always worked on and off with design and presentation techniques for product and property design and marketing. As I've been doing CAD work for more than two decades, VR is just a step aside...

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To conceptualise a new marketing tool and being part of an emerging industry. I also support and promote the opensource community ifc.js via my previous website for property.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

To get out of bed.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Trust life.
  2. Respect life.
  3. Give back.
  4. Join strong communities that are changing the world for a better place.
