What's your business, and who are your customers?
We work with small to medium size service-based businesses. We help them help more people, make more money, generate more profit, and become better leaders.
Tell us about yourself
After managing, owning, and operating many businesses (primarily in the fitness space), I realized I have a passion and skill to help others. I'm motivated by knowing that others need help and that I can provide it. I lead through my core values:
- Faith First: Believe that you can, will, and do help others. Understand that the path to success will be difficult and not often linear.
- Teach Often: Share your knowledge and understanding with others. Be open to being a student so that you can later teach.
- Mercy & Truth: Allow mistakes to be made, fail fast, and move ahead. Do not shy away from hard conversations or situations.
- Take Action: Prioritize the most important things every day and work to accomplish them. Allow imperfect action.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
When the business owner gets to take time off. When the business owner gets to promote their team members. When team members start taking ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Staying focused and working on the right things. Overcoming fear, doubt, and uncertainty.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Schedule your day.
- Have clarity on your mission, your main objectives, and what measurable results look like.
- Take action every day to move forward.
