What's your business, and who are your customers?

We transform lives and empower busy people to take control of their time and their health. We are dedicated to helping ordinary people like ourselves create extraordinary moments in their day so that they can achieve their goals and dreams. Team Awesome's lifestyle services will empower you to live your most Awesome life NOW.

Tell us about yourself

We started Make Me Awesome to empower busy people who don't have time to get to a gym or a yoga studio because we truly believe even the busiest person can dedicate time to their health and fitness goals. We built our community because we learned that the smallest commitment and dedication to oneself if done so consistently, can have a huge impact on one's life. Being Awesome is not an all-or-nothing act, but rather making the most of every moment and opportunity. We are motivated each day to do what we do because we live busy lives and see the powerful impact of practicing these Awesome methods.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating the Awesome-Up Experience for businesses and teams. We know Health & wellness can make all the difference in a team's morale and productivity. We work with organizations to customize a wellness experience that aligns with their company's/team's mission, philosophy, and way of operation.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having to learn and make up the rules as we go along and keep our imposter syndrome in check when we are in uncharted territory.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be content and excited with steady growth.
  2. Always provide value whether your audience is 1 person or 1000.
  3. Know that there will be many more rejections than there are yeses along the way.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Even as busy business owners, it's super important to make time for your health today, or there will be no health for your time tomorrow.
