What's your business, and who are your customers?

I own a Massage Therapy company. I operate via mobile or from my office. My customer is anyone that has skin!

There is healing in touch, and every person needs to return to self-care. I realize that being a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner is something I am called to do yet very passionate about as well.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Providing Majestic customer service each and every time to every customer.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Keeping consistent revenue, especially in this pandemic economy.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make sure you LOVE what you do so it doesn't feel like you are working.
Customer service is more important than some tend to believe, so treat each person with kindness.

Make sure your staff is HAPPY; otherwise, your customers will feel it.
