What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help to successfully pivot or turn around the business while engaging the workforce for the necessary changes. Our services fill a crucial knowledge gap for companies in the range of $50m to $1bn revenue: they don't want to pay the high fees of famous consultancy companies but still want a best-in-class approach.
Tell us about yourself
I was a corporate employee for 17 years and felt I needed to do my own thing. Today, I can come in and offer my perspective without having the restrictions of being on the payroll. That leads to very insightful, deep, and valuable conversations, which translate into successful outcomes.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped companies double their profit in 5 years. That's a typical strategic goal that is often never achieved.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
You are only as good as your last job.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You'll have to jump. There is no certainty that you are going to be successful. You can't create a new thing while holding onto your previous life.
- Build relationships and honor your sponsors
- Be focused on your clients' value at all times.
