What's your business, and who are your customers?
Emmanuel and I founded M.&Mme Chocolat. M.&Mme Chocolat is a neighborhood artisanal chocolate factory in Rosemont Petite Patrie in Montreal. Our customers are residents of our neighborhood and Montreal, especially B2B, and corporate-like Comptoir Épicerie Beaumont, Butchery La petite Patrie, etc.
Tell us about yourself
The need to communicate our know-how, offer an affordable quality product, create new products, and work with products from Quebec. To communicate and exchange with our customers. We are passionate about our profession of chocolatier and customer service.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We've been in business for two years, nine months, so going through the pandemic, having the recognition of our regular customers, having employees, keeping our store in the neighborhood we wanted.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Emmanuel and I work 6 to 7 days a week. Since the opening, it's hugging, but we don't complain. We love what we do. Delegating tasks is the hardest and paper management! lol!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be passionate, honest, constant in your work, and believe in what you do! Provide impeccable customer service. Be courteous and warm!

M.&Mme Chocolat is an unpretentious company at the service of people, a formidable team devoted to their profession, which is an art!
