What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business is tied up with Telecommunications. We have notable customers such as - Verizon, AT&T, TMO, Crown Castle, Vertical Bridge, and Comcast.

Tell us about yourself

I wanted to be an independent consultant with no aspirations of owning a business with employees. Over time the work and clientele increased, and the company grew along with the demand. I’m a perfectionist and enjoy providing solutions for my customers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Offering excellent insurance to all my employees, their spouses, and independents at no cost to the employee.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Too much work is difficult to manage, and not enough work is scary because I don’t want to lay off any employees. Due to the nature of the business, there’s rarely a sweet spot, so I just surrender to the flow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start small, run as a cash-only business with no loans if possible, and most importantly, have fun!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Creating something out of nothing and watching it flourish due to hard work and dedication is a beautiful and rewarding experience.
