What's your business, and who are your customers?

LV Clean Co is a Canadian home cleaning company that serves Liberty Village and CityPlace. We take pride in guaranteeing that customers' living spaces will be cleaned efficiently and passionately. We value our reputation. We take pride, are passionate about what we do, and love working with pets!

The LVClean staff is carefully selected, trained, and hired. They must have a negative recent Criminal Background Check for Employment at hiring. LVClean hires motivated cleaners that earn above minimum wage and receive Ontario's basic Legislation benefits, including WSIB. We are a very united team who loves providing an outstanding service, always surrounded by an atmosphere of joy, respect, and integrity among ourselves.

Tell us about yourself

LVClean was established in April 2013 by a wonderful couple who I truly respect and admire. I worked for them for some months, and then I decided that I wanted to purchase LVClean. I became a business owner in September 2014. I fell in love with cleaning, and I truly believe that we put our little magic touch into being of service to your customers in their busy lives and commitments.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To be recognized as a reputable company that enjoys cleaning homes. We survived COVID and never had to close the company.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

To hire competent staff willing to be in our path.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

As a Canadian business owner, I believe that to start and maintain a business that provides services, you need:

  1. Passion and knowledge of what you offer: Create standards and procedures.
  2. Create a bond with employees; they are the key to the company's success: Be there for them, be flexible and let them shine every day!
  3. Be there for your customers, listen to them and create a bond with authentic care. Be sincere!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I have a non-related blood family with my employees; I am not their boss or the business owner. We are a great staff of people who enjoy serving. God bless us.
