My business is Luxury Lashes and Nutrition spa. My goal is to provide an exceptional experience for my guests. This is a place where beauty, knowledge, and personalized attention are combined to create a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Our commitment entails building enduring and rewarding relationships with our clients by offering exceptional product lines, continuous education, and superior service.
My spa welcomes all guests to enjoy the journey to making Luxury Lashes and Nutrition your perfect place for spa and beauty treatments in the Sioux Falls area. My customers are my regular clients and referrals. Because I have been in business for 12 years and I have great reviews.
Tell us about yourself
Being an esthetician, I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. I love what I do, and I absolutely love making my clients happy. That's what motivates me each and every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is running my business solo!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying busy and making my clients happy and dealing with the unknown. Every day there will be new challenges and obstacles to deal with. Business is never predictable, no matter how prepared you are.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
To succeed in business today:
- You need to be flexible and have a good business plan.
- Providing good service to your customers is crucial to gaining their loyalty and retaining your business.
