What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are an international team of bright minds out to support and nourish interesting projects with action and intellectual resources. With over a decade of experience, our team offers best-in-class bespoke consulting services to businesses across all stages while following a threefold strategy: create a concise value proposition, develop a strong brand identity, and deliver operational management.

Tell us about yourself

With a decade of international modeling experience, I decided to pursue my passion for business by applying all my learnings along the way to further my career.

Luxcartel worked with fine jewelry and luxury fashion brands for over 8 years, helping them expand their reach being their back-office and handling their sales and press. After the pandemic, we had to reevaluate our purpose of being and focus on the core of what we are passionate about and especially good at.

We found that empowering other business owners and creatives by managing their logistics and operations while guiding them in best branding practices and connecting them with key resources was definitely the sweet spot. Now we are re-launching with an expansion into all industries as an operational partner, bringing the business know-how, the groundwork, and the dream team to obtain strategic objectives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We created an exclusive and luxurious pop-up shop in Dubai and Moscow, where we brought 35 small brands that would otherwise not have had the opportunity to reach that audience. I am proud of the event accomplished and the reach we provided our brands with.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing our team and clients through the pandemic shutdown and navigating uncharted territory was certainly one of the hardest things I had to do. I am thankful we found a new beginning at the end of it; it was an opportunity to reassess and push through stronger.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Focus on your "WHY." You will need it when things get tough. Staying focused on why you are doing what you are doing is your cornerstone.
  2. Always have SMART objectives. They will be your guide day in and day out.
  3. Invest in your team. Without good people, you have nothing.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
