I help "NF" Myers Briggs Personality Types to turn self-doubts into confidence through emotional growth.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Myers Briggs ENFP personality type. Growing up in an Asian family with high expectations, especially in my career, I chased money and prestige. I was always interested in making an impact on human beings. That's why my career has always evolved around healthcare and people management. After reaching the pinnacle of my success in Silicon Valley, I hit rock bottom and the peak of my career, suffering from mental burnout and the feeling of being lost.
Through uncertainty, I continued my path in the field of mental health, evolved in my own self-development journey, and then helped others in theirs. I started by sharing my learnings and wisdom through social media and slowly gained coaching clients to help them in their journey. This coaching started slowly and turned into an entire business that I am now looking to scale into an online business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To help my clients grow emotionally and live passionately and compassionately. My success is the growth of my clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Uncertainty and bridging the gap between making money, purpose, value, and passion.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Uncertainty is going to be there every single day. Clear habits and a structured day help to have small wins daily. There are multiple ways to get to Rome, and Rome wasn't built in a day. Learning by doing.
