What's your business, and who are your customers?

It is a nonprofit charitable organization. The organization's mission/purpose is to provide a personal growth plan, professional development, and career skills through education, training, and coaching.

Tell us about yourself

People have lost their way of achieving their personal goals. The 2020 pandemic made a major dent in people's hope for a better tomorrow. These two resulting situations inspired the creation of the organization to help people rebuild themselves and start anew. Adding value to people is what motivates me every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The biggest accomplishment was providing both non-virtual and virtual coaching sessions, which resulted in people regaining their hope and inspiration.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest aspect is in receiving donations to help those who have no resources to gain knowledgeable insights on how to improve personal growth at home or work.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. The purpose for 'why.'
  2. The reason to lead with a positive purpose.
  3. The goal is to influence by adding value to employees and customers.
