What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?
I am an art therapist in private practice working to offer comfort, care, and practical skills for surviving and thriving in today's challenging environment.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest sense of fulfillment comes when a client closes with me and feels good about what they are creating in life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?
Being a solo-business owner can be lonely at times.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?
Do what you love, what you respect, and what you want to offer to the world.
If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?
Write, write, and write - material for products, inspiration, and marketing.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?
Friendships, ceremonies, and time to paint just for my self-expression keep me balanced.
