What's your organization, and who are your members?
Serving the community with quality instruction using a proprietary eastern European format of instruction from highly qualified international trainers. This methodology has produced over 22 National Champions and 4 Olympians. We serve clients from all areas, and no one is turned away. If the child wants to learn, we are serving our expertise.
Tell us about yourself
As a major in Early Childhood Education from UCLA and a former Junior Olympian in rhythmic gymnastics, sports and development have been a passion of mine my entire life. Working with children is at the core of my nature to serve them daily with everything I know, have, and love. Seeing our youth grow into healthy and happy adults is a true passion for me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as an organization?
Knowing that I have provided an impact on my local, national, and international community.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being an organization?
Since I do not work in the eCommerce field but rather in the service industry where dealing with a parent's most important commodities: their children, their time, and money, this is a balance and respectful challenge I take very seriously.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow an organization today?
Work hard, increase quality and work with passion.
