What's your business, and who are your customers?
LKC is a multi-award-winning full-service management consulting firm. Our clients have businesses that they would like to scale but do not know how to do that on their own.
Tell us about yourself
I am motivated each day by the love of the work I do. I began my career as an attorney and went into consulting to help more clients. I love to see my clients succeed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My firm has won a multitude of awards for our work, including Best Management Consultants for three years running, Best Franchise Consulting Firm for three years, and a host of others; they are on my website.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Sitting in the big chair and having to make all the decisions alone.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Create a team- you cannot do it all by yourself.
- Learn to delegate- just because you "can" do something doesn't mean you "should."
- Schedule "me time."
