A light manufacturer of decorated products - specializing in screenprint, embroidery, engraving, pad printing, UV Printing, digital printing, and routing.
Tell us about yourself
I am 2nd generation owner and have been here since age 12, 43 Years and counting! I do not need an alarm clock - I love my job! I am up at 4 am every day to tackle any challenge placed in front of us. Seeing your image is an absolute thrill!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have done USA bobsled items, blankets for US Presidents, and many national companies.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Employees- find and retain quality trained staff.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be consistent. Don't let business be a hobby (only customers suffer) - always want the best - the best products - kill bad things in-house- don't ship them -- ever!
