Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Haley Londen, Vice-President of Londen Productions, located in Denver, CO, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

At Londen Productions, we primarily offer commercials, social media videos, and promotional videos. We also offer fundraising videos, event recap videos, live stream production, documentaries, and a variety of other digital media services. Any type of visual content that you can imagine, we would be happy to discuss with your team. A commercial is a short 15, 30, or 60-second video that highlights the people, purpose, and passion of an organization.

The benefits of producing a commercial for your business are that it allows you to showcase the value, products, and services that are offered in a creative way. The video makes marketing easy and accessible to people with even moderate budgets. As a digital media studio for the social media age, we've developed a process for creating effective social media videos. These videos have great revenue potential if executed with ingenuity and delivered to the proper audience. Now is the time to capitalize on social media before your competitors have grasped the trends and tactics.

By creating a strong promotional video, we can transform the brand of an individual, an employee, or a company from something ordinary to something extraordinary. This video is anywhere from 90 seconds to 3 minutes long and has a primary role in lead generation for any savvy marketer. We all have something to promote, whether it be a hole-in-the-wall restaurant or a primetime TV show. Londen Productions has done everything in between, both big and small.

Londen Productions has come a long way in the past ten years. We are constantly evolving and steadfast in our vision to change lives and impact people through film. Whether procuring new equipment, studying the artistry of directors who came before us, or expanding our services to include new capabilities, we pursue the highest degrees of excellence that remain possible. In this fast-changing industry, our team has always known our strength lies in telling the untold story, understanding our clients' messages, and helping people achieve their business goals with media.

As we enter a new decade in our company's history, we want nothing but the best for you and your creative vision. Despite the many ups and downs of COVID-19, our only option has been to innovate rigorously, leaving no room for anything but flawless results. As we facilitate a fine balance of strategy, art, and commerce, you will find success throughout every step of our client relationship with you.

Tell us about yourself

I have over 12 years of experience as a producer, working on a variety of national broadcast and advertising campaigns. I help our clients find their creative direction by leveraging their brands with video. My business development role at Londen Productions enables growth for small businesses and world-renowned companies alike. I lead our team with my strong relational skills, always building collaboration and community.

Beyond that, I have a BFA in Television and Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University and numerous awards for domestic and international documentaries. Before starting Londen Productions, I worked as a production manager for a subsidiary of NBC Sports, demonstrating my capabilities in handling large-scale, capital-intensive projects.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

At Londen Productions, we recently worked with a client who went from 700K to 3M in sales after leveraging our videos in their marketing strategy.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is prioritizing a strong work-life balance.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The three tips I would recommend to any entrepreneur are:

  1. Get support from your network of influence and referral sources.
  2. Treat your marketing strategy like a business. Your content should reflect the brand you have built.
  3. Present content on a few platforms that work for your target audience (not all).
