What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a business/career consultant. I help people discover their innate talents and skills and also their purpose and turn their discovery into a business or career with the purpose of serving others, impacting positive social and global change.

Tell us about yourself

I have a background in Psychology, consulting, and business, which made it easy for me to start my work as a business consultant. And my purpose is to help others find their purpose. My objective is that anyone who comes to me confused about their goal in life will leave my sessions with clarity of their purpose and objective about their work.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is seeing my clients excited about accomplishing their goals and walking in their purpose.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

So far, as a business owner, I have not faced any challenges.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find out what your innate skills and talents are, list your options of work that lines with your talents, and choose the best option that you see yourself enjoying doing on a daily basis (would you still be passionate about the work even if you are not paid to do it?)
  2. Narrow down your target market.
  3. What is the purpose of your work? How does your work help your target audience? What sets you apart from your competitors?

As you work, look for problems and devise solutions to the problems.
