Since business and management consultants are key, we provide comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities. We also offer a suite of quality products that will help you get there quickly and smoothly.

We want to give each client the time and guidance they deserve to generate success. We work hand in hand with clients in order to understand goals and execute business planning strategies to meet their client needs and expectations of success.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Lishawn Alexander. I am an educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit guru. I have been working in government for over a decade and transitioned into entrepreneurship as a result of a need. Many nonprofit executive professionals wanted my expert support but were not looking for a full-time staff to add to their team, and guess what? This is what got me started. Every day I am motivated by my team, accomplishments, and a personal drive to take my business to the next level. Yes, we are going to level up.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment thus far has been attributed to my resilience and ability to be creative in my approach to business. I am always thinking outside of the box to strategize different ways of supporting our clients and being agile to many of the changes attributed to this pandemic. We have gotten so many certifications in our short tenure, and there are so many more to be added.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is accountability to yourself, staff, and clients. You are not just responsible for yourself but your team and clients.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

There are so many tips that I would give someone looking to start, run and grow a business, and I share daily tips on our social media channels, but three things I'd like to share here are to be patient with yourself and staff because success does not happen overnight, work hard, you can not receive the success you want to see by sitting and waiting and three, trust the process, sometimes we are excited of the finish line, but we have to remember that we have to run the race and there will be cramps, bumps, and other challenges along the way.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Keep positive.
