What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the Expansion Group for Women. Together with my sister, Jamie Dooley, we serve women of all ages, all over the globe, who are dedicated to continuous Expansion in their personal and professional lives.
The women we train are spiritual and practical, and enjoy giving and receiving in balance and harmony. They take full accountability for their emotional, mental, and energetic states. They are fully willing to support each other on their spiritual journeys.
Tell us about yourself
It's funny because over 20 years ago, when our kids were very young, we said to each other, "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a community of spiritual women who all shared their gifts without having to pay each other?" We both remember that day and that idea, standing in Jamie's kitchen with a mutual friend.
We would call it "Spirit Sisters," and it would be the most remarkable community we could imagine. Fast forward 20 years, after a decade of coaching clients privately and in groups, kids raised two states away from each other, technology made it possible to attract women from all over the world. The Expansion Coach for Women was born.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishment so far is our ability to put our heads together, break down our individual coaching styles and structures, and put them back together in a way that any woman can learn and facilitate with incredible results in their first practice session.
SisterCoaching TM is a guided session structure that is both repeatable and teachable. It also leaves room for a woman to tap into her unique gift of intuition and healing ability. We firmly believe that every woman has an innate capacity for healing. With the format we created, she can develop her gift and guide another woman (also trained in the modality) toward Expansion.

The women in our community turn to each other and exchange sessions as needed. These sessions work for nearly any issue or desired outcome in any area of life, personal or professional.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Hands down, the hardest thing about being a business owner, especially when bringing something brand new to the world, is cutting through the noise online and speaking about your excellent products and services so that people can hear you and know that it is for them.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Own your gift. You have a zone of genius that nobody but you can offer the world. You are who you are, making your business unique and attracting your people. Don't try to be like everybody else. Be yourself, and the right people will come.
- Collaborate. Modern technology makes it easy for business owners to wear all hats, but just because you can doesn't mean you should. Let others support you in roles you could be better at or enjoy doing. This will allow you to focus on the heart of your business.
- Have a support community. Join a religious community or mastermind that pushes your edges, challenges your limited thinking, and supports your growth. Women especially need each other, as owning your own heart-centered business can be a very intimate and emotional experience. Try to do it with others. Find your sisters and lean on them.
