What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help frustrated Christian Corporate Career Women navigate workplace challenges to find their unique rhythm for working and making a rewarding impact in the Marketplace by transforming from self-sabotaging crisis behaviors. I'm like an ICU lifeline helping to rescue her career from flatling to finding rhythms that fit her temperament, values, and preferred way of living her best life.

Tell us about yourself

I have always worked in the Employment and Talent Management space, as it has been my lifelong calling to empower and equip others. I started my Lifeline Coaching business during the pandemic as a result of having so many professional women in Corporate America contacting me for advice on various work-related issues and pain that they were experiencing in the workplace that I myself have experienced, overcome, and conquered during my professional career. I believe that I have the expertise, tools, and wisdom to help women to navigate tough times and transitions to have more successful outcomes. I am motivated by my desire to see women thrive and not just survive with a healthy work-life balance.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a visionary professional, I have skills in Talent Acquisition Management, Aligning Performance Accountability with Business Strategy, Organizational Leadership & Business Development. I have 20 years of experience in Business, Management, recruitment, staffing, training, and implementing strategic recruiting strategies for major high-volume healthcare systems throughout the US. I coordinated efforts that fostered effective collaboration among corporations, colleges, organizations, and agencies in support of increasing local and national employment opportunities for diverse populations. As a Targeted Selection Certified Interview Trainer, I trained hiring leaders, recruiters, and candidates on Behavioral Interviewing techniques to ensure competent, quality hires. My greatest success is in receiving the testimonies of those whose lives have been impacted by my services.

As a person with aspirations of Entrepreneurship, I pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Georgia Tech, which led to my career transition from the Corporate arena to pursue my dream as the CEO of Employment Network Solutions Group, LLC, & Lifeline Career Coaching & Consulting. Under my leadership, the Employment Network Solutions Group provides quality RPO that leverages an integrated services model of HR Consulting, Staffing & Recruitment, Career Coaching Services to ensure that clients' growth is supported by competitive top talent. I also serve as an Elder in the Ministry, where I am the Director of the New Birth Employment Network Ministry/Job Connections and Global Missionary. Additionally, I am a Certified American Association of Christian Counselors.

As a life-long learner with a passion for life, I am proud of the fact that I live out my values daily. I respect and value the worth of all people, cultures, viewpoints, and backgrounds and leverage diverse workforces to drive innovative and imaginative solutions. Retention and engagement are important to me because my success directly correlates to the commitment and dedication of those I touch around the world. To retain employees, I believe leaders should know the "why" of their employees. What drives them? What matters most personally and professionally? Leaders should know and try to honor that. It's important to value and celebrates that employees live and enjoy full lives. Today’s workforce wants to feel valued and invested in. Providing ongoing development and growth opportunities is one way I do that, whether it be formal classroom training, informal peer-to-peer conversation, or creating opportunities that bring people together to share, learn and connect. Companies who recognize and act on these things go a lot further in attracting, retaining, and cultivating top-tier talent in the long run by empowering career success.

Over the past 20 years, I have received many awards and accolades. Among these are the following: Allstate Insurance Agent’s Honor Ring Award, Marketing & Sales Professional Awards, and Toastmasters International. I was awarded the Atlanta Journal Outstanding Healthcare Recruiters Award for outstanding achievement and dedication to healthcare recruitment. I was recognized by Linked In as a “Thought Leader” in Social Media Healthcare Recruitment and invited to participate in a roundtable discussion of Global Recruitment Leaders.
