What's your business, and who are your customers?

Life Energy Coaching is the developer and licensor of a new form of personal transformation of the same name. Our programs are the fruits of our founders' personal growth journeys and provide deep transformation in the areas of Self Love, Financial Freedom, Self-Awareness, Purpose Awareness, Purpose-driven Business, Enlightened Wealth, and Conscious Relationships. Life Energy Coaching exists to accelerate the transition from an ego-led to a Soul-guided world, using the vehicle of business to magnify our impact.

Our customers are both our team of certified Life Energy Coaches and those individuals who feel inspired to use our services. To date, our customers have been mainly private individuals from a wide variety of countries and with a wide variety of challenges, all of which have been successfully resolved using our programs. Everything is energy, and energy can always be transformed.

Tell us about yourself

Prior to Life Energy Coaching, Murray ran a boutique consulting business, helping offshore clients license their technologies into the US and beyond. Shirley was a devoted Mom to the couple's twin boys, who were 7 when LEC was born. The catalyst for Murray's career change was a business challenge that he didn't know how to resolve. A client relationship had become toxic and threatened to devolve into an expensive court battle. However, while this was by far the worst, it was not the first time client relationships had become toxic, and (with Shirley's help) Murray realized he was the only common factor in these situations. Murray's search for help quickly went from the subconscious mind to the world of energy, then to spiritual connection. Murray learned how to use his newfound Soul connection to guide his energy transformation work, and his 19-year journey researching human energetics began. That was in 2003.

By 2005, Shirley and Murray were ready to open Life Energy Coaching and offer energy transformation services to the public. Over the years, as our own inner work went deeper, new opportunities opened up, eventually leading to being able to activate in others the energies of their Soul, the Archangelic energies. These are a person's personal Archangelic connection that can be summoned from within and which now operates within those who take our programs to align them with their Soul's plan and purpose for them. This is truly miraculous, very high-impact work, and we can not see ourselves doing anything else that could be of greater service to our clients and the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having the persistence to go through what it took to co-create programs that massively improve the lives of everyone who uses them.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

We don't look at things as hard. Within every problem are the seeds of opportunity. Things only seem hard because you don't have the information you need to master them. So, we just get the information we need, wherever it may be found. We notice that the most common missing piece to business owners' toolkits is self-awareness. They don't realize that their consciousness and energy are influencing everything they and their business are experiencing. By changing their energy, they can grow their business far more quickly and easily than by just their blood, sweat, and tears.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Business is about relationships, so work on your relationship energy before you start your business. If you have a job you can at least tolerate, stay there until you have completed our Love Your Self program. Remember that how you feel about yourself is reflected back to you in all your relationships. LYS will make you feel great about yourself, and you will build strong, long-term relationships as a result.
  2. Before you start your business, examine your relationship with money to ensure you don't financially self-sabotage. Completing our LYS and Financial Freedom programs will take care of that.
  3. Continue to work on your "inner game" of business. The more you grow and expand, the more your business will. Business Energy Coaching stands ready to help when you're prepared to do your "inner work."

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

It's important to recognize that the consciousness of an employee and an entrepreneur is very different. It can take years for someone to transition organically from one to the other, which is the main reason for the high failure rate for new businesses. Employee consciousness is typically fear-based. The underlying driver is not to lose one's job and be without money. A successful entrepreneur knows s/he is a powerful creator of her/his results and does not live in fear. Life Energy Coaching has the programs to help any current employee to make this transition within three months while still employed. You will then be able to take the time to plan how you will build your purpose-driven business and make a move when you are ready.
