What's your business, and who are your customers?
Just great tea is what I am all about. You and everyone who is fed up with those dusty teabags you find in supermarkets, let me show you just how great tea can be. Stop putting yourself through the taste of disappointment from subpar tea; there is more to life than that. Let me save you from tea bags!
Tell us about yourself
After an awful experience with shop-bought tea, I vowed never to foray into the tea world again. This was until I was handed a cup of the most beautiful nectar during a trip to China for a family wedding. This was surely not green tea! Never looking back, exploring so many amazing teas and allowed them to unravel their incredible notes on my tastebuds.
My life changed when I was handed this cup of liquid gold, and I've made tea my life and business ever since. Supporting small farmers across the globe and sharing their tea with you, as there are so many exciting things happening in the tea world. Every "wow" I get when folks taste my teas is an incredible feeling, that realization of just how exceptional tea can be. It makes every late night worth it.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Every person whose tastebuds are opened to the world of great tea, every "wow" exclaimed when someone tasted my teas for the first time. Another significant accomplishment was winning a 3 star Great Taste Award was incredible, the only one awarded to loose leaf tea out of the London area. But the latter does help with converting more folks to great tea.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being my own motivator and having no one to bounce ideas around with. It's tough and takes a lot of work on mindset, but I'm getting there—one step at a time.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Please never use ball infusers for tea. It makes a bad cup of tea! If any tea vendor suggests these, I'd strongly suggest walking away.
