What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting companies from nothing and making them successful. Still today, the businesses I started are supporting careers and families many years after I sold them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing time between promotion and business operations.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't go it alone.
- Only do it if you are so driven; if not, don't do it.
- Find talented people you can trust and reward them well for hard work

Nothing is more important than a healthy culture. Demonstrate integrity with clients, suppliers, associates, and partners so that they see how the game is to be played.
