What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a corporate trainer, provider of leadership assessment tools and resources to small, medium, and large companies, also to include sales, customer service, team building, and strategy builder workshops.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Leroy, President of the Life Enhancement Consulting Group and Program Director of the Life Enhancement Coaching Institute. I transitioned into the coaching and consulting business in 2012 after a twelve-year career as a Financial Advisor. From 2012 until 2023, I have been able to recognize and maximize my potential by maintaining a consistent work ethic in the field of Sales and Marketing and Organizational Leadership. I have been recognized as a collaborative, solution-focused Executive Leadership Coach with a passion for building content and strategically organizing personal and professional growth and development workshops. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life and business challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal and professional growth you are committed to achieving. I am motivated by seeing my clients reach their highest and best potential.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner was seeing my potential in making a transition from a Financial Advisor to a Corporate Trainer. It became evident that I had been called to teach and lead during this time.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner is there are times when the business can be so intense that it can drive you to a point where you can forget that there is a need for self-care.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be strategic in your thinking and planning.
- Work through your passion and not through the conditions of people.
- Makeup in your mind that quitting will never be an option.
