What's your business, and who are your customers?

My mission is to help people and companies embrace change as a default. I focus on mid to top-level management, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals. Mostly I do this via my newsletter and my conferences at events and companies.

Tell us about yourself

As a former entrepreneur, corporate VP, economist, nerd, and standup comedian in several countries, I learned that change is the new normal - the hard way. In 2016 I decided to devote all my energy to helping others embrace change.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helped hundreds of thousands of people through LinkedIn and Twitter.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The strong tradeoff between freedom and stability.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Think long term, act short term.
  2. View the whole world as your potential customers.
  3. Differentiate, differentiate & differentiate.
