What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am an award-winning, 10-year, certified fitness & nutrition coach specializing in healthy weight loss for women. Through meal planning, workouts, and mindset shifts, I help women upgrade their confidence and unlock their fitness potential! With 10 years of health industry experience, I am well known for transforming bodies and minds around the world.
Tell us about yourself
As a childhood athlete, I’ve always had a passion for fitness. As I got older, I started competing in bodybuilding competitions and helping others who wanted to get lean, fit, and in amazing shape while overcoming less desirable habits.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being featured as a top weight loss coach of 2020 in Yahoo and Entrepreneur Magazine.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The inconsistency of clients or the stress of my work changing from month to month with the workload.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Invest in a consistent marketing plan, be sure to have an accountant help you with taxes, and utilize more than one social and marketing platform to connect with potential clients.
