What's your business, and who are your customers?

I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. I work with individuals and organizations to help unlock the human potential in order to expand the overlap between success and satisfaction.

Tell us about yourself

Prior to founding my business in 2017, I was a long-time marketing executive. Today I coach and consult on topics that often frustrated me in my corporate career. I believe that when individuals feel confident and secure to step fully into their power, both organizations and employees benefit.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having the freedom to connect and be creative to help people fully inhabit all they are capable of.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, it’s been having the discipline to focus on priorities. I am interested in a lot of different things, and if I’m, I’m not careful, I can spread myself too thin.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find fellow travellers to support you on your journey.
  2. Be relentless about focusing on priorities within the business.
  3. Take care of yourself, so you have the energy to invest in the business.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

My mission is for people to expand the overlap between professional success and personal happiness. I think we can do this by recognizing that we’re all here on earth for a reason, and we just need to figure out what that is and find the confidence to do it. If I can help be a catalyst for even a few people on earth to help them do that, I feel like I will have fulfilled my purpose.
